Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Account info you give us directly (email, hashed password — we never store your password in plaintext). Usage data generated by running the Service (VM status, resource consumption, timestamps of key actions). Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us — we never see or store your full card number.
2. How we use it
To operate your account and VMs, calculate and process billing, respond to support requests, secure the platform against abuse, and communicate service-relevant notices (billing issues, security alerts, material changes to these policies).
3. Cookies
We use one strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in — no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Session tokens are short-lived and can be revoked by signing out.
4. Third-party services
Stripe processes payments and stores payment methods under its own privacy policy. Google reCAPTCHA may run during signup/login to filter automated abuse. Neither receives more than what's needed to do that specific job.
5. Data retention & deletion
Deleting a VM wipes its disk immediately and unrecoverably. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact support — we'll process the request promptly, retaining only what we're legally required to (e.g., billing records).
6. Data security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, traffic is encrypted with TLS, and infrastructure access is scoped and audit-logged. See the full security page for details.
7. Children's privacy
The Service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
8. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support. We'll respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before making changes.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
